Terms of service
Last updated November 3, 2026. These are the rules for using Kloomie. By making an account or using Kloomie, you agree to them.
Kloomie is run by Cultural Architects Collective LLC ("we"). Questions go to hello@kloomie.com.
1. Your account
You need to be at least 16, and old enough to make a contract where you live. Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else got in.
If you make a team for a business, you're agreeing to these terms for that business too, and you're confirming you're allowed to.
2. Teams
A team's owners decide who's in it, what's shared, and whether the team is deleted. If you join someone else's team, what you share there stays with that team if you leave.
3. Your content
What you put into Kloomie is yours. You give us permission to store it, copy it, and show it to the people you share it with, only as needed to run Kloomie for you. That permission ends when you delete it, apart from backups, which are cleared within 30 days.
You're responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for the information you keep about other people, like your customers.
How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.
4. Fair use
Don't use Kloomie to:
- break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy;
- send spam, or email people who haven't agreed to hear from you or who have unsubscribed;
- upload viruses or anything meant to cause harm;
- try to get into accounts or parts of Kloomie that aren't yours, or test our security without our written permission;
- overload Kloomie, or copy it to build a competing product.
If you send campaigns, you're the sender. You're responsible for following email and calling laws (such as CAN-SPAM, the TCPA and GDPR), including getting consent and honouring opt-outs.
5. Signatures
Kloomie lets people sign documents electronically and keeps a record of each signing. Whether a particular document can be signed electronically depends on the law where you are and the kind of document. That's for you to check; Kloomie doesn't give legal advice.
6. AI features
AI features run on the AI provider and key your team adds, under your team's agreement with that provider. AI can be wrong. Check what it writes before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
7. Other services
You can connect Kloomie to services like Google, Microsoft and Zapier. Those are run by other companies under their own terms. We're not responsible for them, and a connection may stop working if they change something.
8. Paying
If you're on a paid plan, the price and billing period are shown when you sign up. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling stops the next renewal. Unless the law says otherwise, payments aren't refunded. We'll give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price goes up.
9. Ending
You can delete your account or team at any time from Settings. Export anything you want to keep first.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. Unless it's urgent or illegal to do so, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data. If we ever shut Kloomie down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice so you can export everything.
10. Our promise, and its limits
We work hard to keep Kloomie running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never go down, lose something, or have mistakes.
Kloomie is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we give no other promises, such as that it's fit for a particular purpose. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, like lost profits or lost data, and our total responsibility to you is no more than what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem (or $100 if you haven't paid).
You agree to cover our costs if someone makes a claim against us because of what you put into Kloomie or how you used it in breach of these terms.
Nothing here takes away rights the law says you can't give up.
11. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before. If you keep using Kloomie after that, the new terms apply.
12. The legal bits
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, and any dispute goes to the courts there, unless the law where you live says otherwise. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something straight away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between us about Kloomie.
